The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool commonly used to determine one’s own personality type and to understand the various strengths and pitfalls of communication across the 16 different types. The tool provides a common language to describe differences, which allows for productive conflict resolution rather than frustrating meltdowns.
