In a period of low-for-long growth, investment in people, research, and technology is a must in order to drive economic growth. In an interview with Bloomberg TV Canada’s Amanda Lang, Minister of Innovation Navdeep Bains says government can think and act as boldly as an entrepreneur, and that one of his next steps may be to set up an Innovation Office.
